Operations & Event Manager (32hour)

Rembrandt van Wine organizes cozy painting and clay workshops for groups. We are growing fast and we need someone to keep everything organized and running smoothly. Are you a coordinator, a go-getter, and do you want to help build a young company? Then this is the role for you.
What will you do? You will be at the heart of our operations. In principle, you will work from our office in Amsterdam, but you will also frequently travel to our studios in Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Utrecht, London, or hit the road with our mobile studio heading to Tilburg, Haarlem, The Hague, Antwerp, Brussels, or Bordeaux. Your responsibilities:

  • Events from A to Z: You will handle private events from the initial request up to the evaluation the day after. You are the main point of contact for clients, painters, and hosts.
  • On the road: You "chef" external events on location. Loading the van, traveling across the country (or abroad), and ensuring everything runs flawlessly on-site.
  • New locations: We are opening new studios. You will help find these locations and contribute to the ideas for the physical build-up. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work yourself.
  • Purchasing & support: You manage inventory and support wherever needed. We are a small team, so we truly do it together.
  • Growth & partners: You help think about how we can improve the concept and enter into collaborations with cool brands.

Who are you? We are looking for a hard worker who can maintain an overview.

  • Organizationally strong: You see what needs to be done, even when things get chaotic.
  • Go-getter: You notice what needs to be done and just pick it up. You are energetic and love the start-up vibe.
  • Communicative: You connect easily with clients, staff, and partners.
  • Flexible: You don't have a 9-to-5 mentality and are also reachable in the evenings or weekends, which is when a large portion of our events take place.
  • Experience & skills: You preferably have experience in operations/events. You speak fluent Dutch and hold a valid driver's license.

What do we offer?

  • Tailored salary: Fitting for your experience and level of responsibility.
  • Flexibility: A role of 32 hours per week, where you can arrange your hours flexibly in consultation.
  • Impact: The chance to truly grow along with a fast-growing concept that is conquering the Netherlands, Belgium, England, and hopefully far beyond.
  • Freedom: A lot of independence and room to leave your mark on the operations.
  • Fun atmosphere: A young team, an informal vibe, and of course, a good glass of wine every now and then.

Start date: as soon as possible!

Social media manager / Content Creator

Rembrandt van Wine organizes vibrant creative events throughout The Netherlands and Belgium. We are growing fast and we need someone to help us manage social media, be the face of our brand, and keep our community engaged. Are you a camera-natural, a creative storyteller, and do you want to help build a young company? Then this is the role for you.
What will you do?
You will be at the heart of our content creation, acting as both the strategic brains behind our channels and the on-camera talent. Your responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: You think of engaging video formats in line with our brand, post them, and engage with the community by responding to all the comments underneath your latest viral post.
  • Content Creation: You shoot the content yourself, together with the rest of the team. Sometimes you'll be behind the camera, but you will definitely be in front of it too.
  • On Location: You will attend our events to interview guests, host mini-challenges, and catch those spontaneous, funny moments. You love interacting with strangers and bringing the energy.
  • Editing & Production: You manage your own footage and edit your videos. Good timing, current memes, and the right sound snippets are your toolkit.
  • Growth & Trends: You keep a close eye on social media trends, testing wild ideas to see what sticks, and continuously improve our online presence.

Who are you?
We are looking for a creative entertainer who loves the spotlight and knows how to capture an audience.

  • Camera-natural: You LOVE being in front of the camera and don't take yourself too seriously. You bring authentic, infectious energy.
  • Social & open: You notice what makes people laugh and easily connect with strangers. You are spontaneous, confident, and outgoing.
  • Trend hunter: You have a sharp sense for digital storytelling, humor, and what makes a video go viral.
  • Flexible: You don't have a 9-to-5 mentality and are happy to work evenings, which is when our events take place and the best content happens.
  • Experience & skills: You preferably have experience in content creation (professionally, as a side hustle, or for your personal channels). You are at least 21 years old and live near Amsterdam.

What do we offer?

  • Tailored compensation: Fitting for your experience and chosen contract type (Part-time, Working Student, or Freelancer).
  • Flexibility: A role of up to 20 hours per week, with hybrid/remote options where you can arrange your hours flexibly around filming times.
  • Impact: The chance to truly shape the public face and digital footprint of a fast-growing startup concept.
  • Freedom: A lot of independence, fast decision-making, and room to leave your mark on our content through direct collaboration with the founders.
  • Fun atmosphere: A young team, an informal vibe, and of course, plenty of creativity and a good drink every now and then.
